During this workshop, we will learn how to tame those spiraling worry thoughts that run through our heads and focus on incredible solutions. I will be your brain’s personal trainer, taking you step-by step on how to create more positive habits and empowering you to think more thoughts that serve you well. Journaling is one of the big keys to the system, but again it will only take a few minutes a day. I will teach you the foundation and purpose of your individual G.A.M.E. Plan: Goals, Action, Motivation, Energy. This is where the magic happens, and you start seeing the changes right before your eyes. You feel joy now...not when.
