Jane’s TEDx Talk, Boost Resilience: Take Charge of the Inner Critic and Inner Worrier, addresses fear-based thinking. On May 29th, she will be co-leading her 26th annual weekend workshop @ Kripalu Center in the Berkshires - Quiet Your Inner Critic & Calm Your Anxious Mind.
Jane has coauthored Inside/Outside Self-Discovery for Teens and coedited Effective Clinical Practice in the Treatment of Eating Disorders.
