I am back from my fantastic trip to Colorado! I had a lot of fun meeting new people and enjoying some fresh air with that amazing view! Now that summer activities are winding down, however, it is time to bring you more uplifting blog posts!
Great news, and a great person this week! I spoke with Brianne Grogan, all the way from Germany! It was amazing, I had a better connection with her on the phone than I ever could have imagined. When we get together, we will definitely be a force of good health to be reckoned with.
Brianne is originally from Oregon, and moved to Germany a few years ago with her husband. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy when she was living in Oregon, specializing in women’s health issues so when she got to Germany, she had a moment where she wasn’t sure what to do. Her passion is to empower women, and so she wanted to teach them to embrace their bodies, and tailor their workouts specifically for women. She wants to reach a million women, so she created a website called FemFusionFitness, where she showcases her workout system that is so fun, empowering, and light hearted. On rainy days, she likes to jump on the trampoline and hulahoop with hip circles. Sometimes it’s the small things in life that make the biggest change
My favorite thing about her? She is a down to earth, average person, who wants to empower women, so when they walk into the room, people notice there’s a little something different - a spark. She wrote a book to share the details on how we can all accomplish this! We all have the spark, and if you want to hear her thoughts on how to make it shine, check it out! Her big motto is: for vibrant health, eat clean, and move every day. Which is something I’ve always thought people knew, but the more I travel around the country, I find that people can always use the extra reminder, or push in motivation.
