There are so many options out there, and I don’t want to do things just because they’re easy, or because that’s what my parents did for me.
It’s my favorite time of year--the birds are out singing, the weather is warm, and sometimes, there’s no better place to be than in a garden. So much can be gained from gardening--it’s a stress reliever as well as a good workout, and not only can you fill your yard and living space with beautiful plants and flowers, but grow your own vegetables, fruits, or herbs as well.
Hello all of my beautiful people.
I hope you have some fun things planned this weekend. I want everyone to enjoy some down time and take full advantage of summer. It is such a chill time of year. Besides don’t you love being able to be outside more? I also love the fact that you don't have to wear a lot of clothes…
Hello my summertime parents.
Happy happy happy summer. What are the family plans… chillin at home, hanging by the pool, vaca at the beach, visit a new country or maybe doing something you have never done before? No matter what, I hope you relax a bit more and have fun. How about the kids… day camps, overnight camps, hanging with their friends?
Hello to all my friends from around the world.
What adventures have you been on… what new journey did you begin… What risk have you taken?? Tell me everything, I want to hear it all. I love listening to your stories.
As for me… I have been doing a lot of thinking and pondering lately about my next chapter in life. Where am I headed? I am fortunate enough to be traveling around the world as a motivational speaker and I have met some awesome people along the way
Hello my amazing loving people.
Do you feel love all around you today?
No matter what higher power you believe in, or don't believe in, there is always unconditional love within you. You are true love. Isn’t that way cool to know? You don’t have to count on outside people or conditions for your happiness. What a relief.
Hey all of my amazing people.
How's your gut? What are your gut instincts? What is your gut telling you? Come on people I have been saying it all along, you have to listen to your gut. Train your gut... head will follow. I think I should change the title of my book! Do you think my publicist would go for that????
What a hoot! Come on People, there is no way you are not rolling on the floor laughing…. Crack me up. I love watching hysterical videos, sitcoms, talk shows, you name it, I am always up for a laugh and I enjoy being around people who know how to let their hair down. I believe, like so many people, that laughter is the best medicine. Sometimes the simplest things in life are often overlooked, yet the most healing.
Hello my pippy skippy people
What is going on in your world? Have some good news for me? Well send it my way! As for me... I have lots of good news to share.
I just got back from a Positive Psychology Conference in Toronto. Talk about incredible people, I met the best from all over the World. I am sure we will do great things together. That is one great aspect of international conferences, I get to meet all these amazing people from all over the world that normally I would have never met. It makes my mission feel that much more important. Most importantly, it makes the world feel small enough to really make a difference. One person’s actions can really trickle all around the globe.
Yo yo yo
What is the good news people???
I know you have lots to tell, So tell everyone.
As for me…
I just got back from a Positive Psychology conference in Toronto and I had a blast. The people I met were incredible and my brain is overwhelmed with all the knowledge I absorbed. Getting together with like-minded individuals from all around the world is magical. It is so cool to hear different perspectives on the same topic. But more on that later, I need to let everything sink in before I start telling the world.
Yes, I mean you! We are all kids at heart (I hope) and we all have parents. Whether you have your own children or are planning to, we can all admit there are things we wish our parents didn't do when we were growing up. And, there are things we swear we will never do as parents but we do them anyway. Huh, what is up with that?
Well for me, being a mom is the most rewarding thing ever and at times the most challenging.
